My dear husband gets up before the sun to lift weights. I do not. He often experiences muscle and joint pain. I reach for this remedy often for him.

It's that time of year! I receive many calls, texts, and emails seeking advice on seasonal illnesses this time of year. I always encourage people to read my blog, consume ZERO sugar, and take Vitamin C. I recommend the Vital Nutrients brand. Everybody is different. It is recommended to take it to "bowel tolerance." This means taking it until you develop loose stools, then backing off until the stools return to normal. This is the amount your body needs at this time.
